Every message is read by the person who made the app. Tell us what happened, which device you were using, and what you expected instead.

Both devices need Wi-Fi and Bluetooth switched on, even when there is no internet connection. They also need to be within about ten metres of each other.
If they still do not connect, close the app fully on both devices and open it again. On an iPhone or iPad, check that DrawTogether has permission to find devices on the local network under Settings, then DrawTogether.
No. Devices connect directly to each other, so the app works on a plane, in the car, or anywhere with no signal.
Drawings are saved on the device that started the session. If the app was closed before the drawing was saved, it cannot be recovered. Tap the save button to keep a copy in your photo library.
Up to four devices in one session. One device starts the drawing and the others join it.
Anyone in the session can draw anywhere on the canvas. That is the point of the app, but if it is causing arguments, start a new drawing and take turns.
iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later. Devices can be mixed, so an iPad and an iPhone can draw in the same session.
Email us. Suggestions from children are very welcome, and a lot of what is in the app came from them.
